The magic of the woods
There is something magical when stepping into the woods and perhaps that is why the forest is the perfect setting for a magical wedding. Despina & George decided to get married at the place they were born. In a small forest in Drepano Achaias, near Patras named Agios Anastasios. Forest weddings call for a more natural, bohemian sense of style.
The couple chose this certain place for their wedding in order to symbolize their life with a fairytale, which was sealed in front of their favorite people in a unique place which seems to come from a totally different world. It gives the impression that this place holds a secret which you can find only if you pay attention all over the scenery. Crème tones, golden details and overall romantic and chic elements, got together to form a wonderful fairytale like wedding. A magical wedding.
The details of the decoration
Silver candelabras with candles dressed with white roses and hydrangeas as table centerpieces. The trees were decorated with natural flowers, while the lanterns and the rice in wooden boxes were special order. The fans waved in hand for the guests were also special order with the couples’ names written on the fans. The tray, the glass, the pitcher and the wedding hoops were decorated with golden details.
The beauty of the place added a unique touch in the atmosphere
The scenery in the middle of the forest, with imposing plane trees that overlooked the entire place was staggering to say the least. The sunset was astounding and Sunkissed the invitees, where the atmosphere left them speechless! Fairy lights & Chandeliers are so utterly romantic and as the night progressed, the purple hues and crystal chandeliers were an elegant touch, and it was truly a unique experience.
The couple, in the end, not only had a wedding exactly the way they wanted, but a wedding that overcame anything that they could ever imagine!
